MCF Holds Sunday Service at Salay Gym

 

             HISTORY!  The Magdadasig Christian Fellowship of Salay, Misamis Oriental holds there Sunday Praise & Worship service at Salay Gymnasium, Salay, Misamis Oriental on August 28, (Sunday) 2011.  There were 251 registered who attended the service and more or less 100 not registered, this includes adults and children.

            Majority of the attendance was the parents and children of the different feeding centers.  The present feeding centers were coming from Barangay Alipuaton, Barangay Ili-ilihon, Barangay Guinalaban, Sitio Pangkalan, Sitio Bubolutan and Sitio Salahon of themunicipalityofSalay.  Also coming was from Barangay Umagos of themunicipalityofLagonglong.  Ptr. Larry Tangcawan, the Bethesda Feeding Regional Director welcomes the parents and children, and gives some message to them.

            The Praise & Worship service was led by Ptra. Mercy Cabalan which give some message how important the Praise & Worship, she took from the Word of God in John 4:23-24 “Yet a time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks.  God is spirit, and his worshipers must worship in spirit and in truth.”

            Ptr. Demosthenes A. Agocoy Jr., the MCF Head Pastor gives the important of  everyday foods.  As he took of the book of Matthew 4:4 Jesus answered, “It is written: ‘Man does not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.”

            As the result, the worship was ended very successful, with God bless with the good weather.

            See you on September 25, 2011 for another Praise & Worship service at the venue – Salay Gymnasium.

Kalingking MCF Church celebrates 17th Thanksgiving Day 

 

The Kalingking MCF Church celebrated their 17th Thanksgiving Day last November 20, 2010.  Ptr. Ejesrael Bahian, host pastor said “the theme of this year’s celebration is taken from the Book of Proverbs, chapter 11, verse 24 says “One man gives freely, yet gains even more; another withholds unduly, but comes to poverty".

   Dr. James Wick from Oregon, USA was there invited guest speaker.  Also in the event were the PCA teachers, staff and student to experience the celebration.  click photo to view more photos
